Since 2019, I’ve been researching how to advance Agile adoption in safety‑critical domains, particularly how to evolve toward continuous, certifiable delivery without compromising safety and compliance. This journey led me deep into the challenges of DO‑178C, safety assurance, and the cultural gap between traditional certification practices and modern engineering approaches.
There is still so much to explore, and collaboration between academia and industry remains essential to make real progress. But with the worldwide momentum around AI, I thought: Why not use these tools to bring some of this research to life?
So I decided to experiment by creating a few podcast-style episodes narrated with AI voice technology, using my research (original content) as input. When I asked for feedback from a colleague and dear friend, his reaction was:
“Absolutely AMAZING! It brings dry research to life!”
Even my wife loved it — although she suggested I should record it myself instead of generating it. Fair point! But as I like to say, why reinvent the wheel when we have great tools to quickly prototype ideas? 😉
